You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. This page explains how cancellation and refunds work.
How to Cancel
For Razorpay subscriptions, cancel from your Settings page or contact support. Crypto subscriptions are not auto-renewing; access lasts for the period you paid for.
Refunds
Crypto payments are non-refundable. Razorpay subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no significant usage has occurred, at our sole discretion.
Prorated Credits
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Any unused credits expire at the end of the period unless otherwise stated.

What happens after you cancel
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not auto-renew, and we do not charge cancellation fees. After the period ends, your account drops to the Free plan: 20 generations per month, all 7 languages, full Brand Voice and Brand Memory.
Your data — generated content, Brand Voice profiles, Brand Memory snapshots, history and projects — stays in your account. You can still read, export and reuse anything you have created. If you want to delete the account entirely, use Settings → Account → Delete account, or email support@beaglei.com.
Refunds are handled by the same provider you paid with. Stripe and Razorpay refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Crypto refunds are returned to the original wallet within 24 hours. We do not pro-rate remaining days — but we never charge you for the next period either.
