Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BeagleI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Use of Service
You may use BeagleI to generate content for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish. Do not use our service to create illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. One account per person.
Generated Content
BeagleI uses BeagleI technology from cloud providers to generate content. Generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or original. You should review all generated content before publishing. BeagleI makes no warranties about the accuracy or suitability of Generated output.
Payments
Pro subscriptions can be paid via credit card (Stripe) or cryptocurrency (SOL on Solana, BNB on BSC). Crypto payments are non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

For Indian customers, an additional 18% GST is charged on top of the listed price and remitted to the Indian government.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use BeagleI. We do not knowingly process personal data of children. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
Copyright & DMCA
Respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on BeagleI infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@beaglei.com with a description of the work, the infringing material, and your contact information. We will respond in accordance with the DMCA and terminate repeat infringers.
Limitation of Liability
BeagleI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to content accuracy, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
